Overview
Andrew P. Beame represents clients in corporate and transactional matters. His transactional practice is primarily focused on private equity, venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a wide variety of clients ranging from private equity investment firms to public and private companies.
Mr. Beame also regularly advises emerging growth companies in all stages of their life cycle in areas such as entity formation, company contracts, employment agreements, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as counsel for companies in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, software, e-commerce, retail, reinsurance, spirits, financial services and education.
