Overview
Nishka Chandrasoma is an associate in the firm's Tax-Exempt Organizations Group. Ms. Chandrasoma advises public charities, private foundations, donor-advised funds, and other tax-exempt organizations on a wide variety of tax compliance and general corporate matters. She has assisted tax-exempt organizations with issues pertaining to formation and structure, applications for tax exemption, international grantmaking, charitable giving and solicitation, and lobbying and political campaign activities. Ms. Chandrasoma also has experience drafting consultancy and grant agreements and agreements pertaining to corporate sponsorships and commercial co-venture relationships.
