Daniel C. Glazer has become Counsel to the firm effective today. Mr. Glazer brings exceptional skills and experience to the firm’s Intellectual Property Transactions Group. His practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property and technology law, focusing on intellectual property licensing, counseling, enforcement and prosecution, software and technology development and services arrangements, and the intellectual property aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, secured transactions, and other corporate transactions. Advising clients on many high profile and complex matters, Mr. Glazer has represented numerous Fortune 50 corporations, including media conglomerates and financial service institutions.
