Christopher Jackson is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where he practices general commercial litigation, concentrating on litigation relating to the development and marketing of pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Mr. Jackson has represented a major medical device manufacturer in successful patent litigation resulting in some of the largest patent verdicts and settlements in history. He has represented a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in litigation arising from claims of fraud, off-label promotion, and product liability in the marketing of multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical products. He has also represented a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in international arbitration relating to product licensing, drug development and regulatory approvals.
Mr. Jackson’s experience also includes successful litigation relating to control of a trust; representation of a major financial institution in corporate governance, securities, and bankruptcy litigation relating to the bankruptcy of a food distribution company; representation of an accounting firm in investigations and securities litigation relating to the bankruptcy of an energy company; and representation of an industrial device maker in anti-trust litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Jackson served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Dickinson R. Debevoise, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
