Firm Mourns Gerry Rosenberg, Colleague and Friend

The firm of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP marks with great sadness the death of our colleague Gerald A. Rosenberg.  Gerry was a valued member of our tax-exempt organizations group, an outstanding lawyer, and a leader in the profession. We honor and will remember Gerry's wise counsel, his wit, and his unwavering commitment to service.  We extend our condolences to his wife, Rosalind, his sons, Clifford and Nicholas, his daughters-in-law, Kim and Regina, his grandson, Henry, and the other members of his family.
