Our partner Andy Herz is listed prominently in the cover story of the September issue of Real Estate New York entitled "Meet the Real Estate Lawyers."  The article presented the opinions of 12 "prominent real estate lawyers" on current market conditions, market trends, Lower Manhattan incentives and other timely topics.  Andy spoke to the abundance of capital and the lack of product, buyers' fears that they won't be able to purchase property, whether the bubble will burst, trends among mezzanine lenders and a lack of awareness on the part of underwriters who have never experienced a down cycle, among other things.
