Jack Schmitt has more than two decades of experience as a corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law, entertainment law and general corporate matters. Mr. Schmitt chaired Patterson Belknap’s corporate department from 1995 until 2002 and served as Vice Chair of the firm from 2002 until 2007.
