Robert Shea has practiced law at the firm for more than 40 years.  He focuses on the area of tax-exempt organizations, specifically corporate, tax and other related work such as licensing, employment and management agreements for private foundations and publicly supported organizations.  He also advises charitable organizations and charitable trusts on the responsibilities of their boards and trustees, endowment issues, tax issues, public/private partnerships and deferred giving plans.
