Overview
Janine Shissler is an associate in the firm's Tax-Exempt Organizations Group. Ms. Shissler advises publicly supported organizations and private foundations on all aspects of the formation and operation of exempt organizations. Her practice includes a special focus on the making of charitable and program-related investments and the structuring of joint ventures with for-profit companies. Before joining the firm, Ms. Shissler advised for-profit companies and investors on the tax consequences of their domestic and cross-border transactions.
