Overview
Edward Tempesta is an associate in the firm's litigation department, focusing on patent litigation. He has experience representing clients in litigations involving various technology areas. After earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Tempesta worked for Photocircuits Corporation as a process engineer in the field of printed circuit board manufacturing. Mr. Tempesta later worked for both Consolidated Edison of New York and Entergy Nuclear Northeast as a chemist and instructor at a nuclear power plant, where he was responsible for testing and maintenance of plant chemistry, design and implementation of new analytical techniques, and instruction of chemistry department personnel.
