Overview
Fred Warder is a general litigator and co-Chair of the firm's Law Firm Defense Group. Fred appears frequently in federal and state courts on behalf of clients ranging from major national corporations and partnerships to regional and local businesses and non-profits. His practice has included a number of IP, advertising and consumer fraud cases in addition to general commercial litigation, and has focused on representing law firms in malpractice claims and other disputes. Mr. Warder has also conducted a number of large-scale internal investigations in response to grand jury subpoenas, whistleblower claims and other enforcement actions. Mr. Warder has served as a mediator in partnership disputes and has spoken at various bar association and CLE events. Mr. Warder serves on the Firm’s Management Committee and as its co-General Counsel.

Representation of clients in communications, consumer products/services, pharmaceutical, real estate, membership and travel services, music and other industries in litigation and alternative proceedings.
False Advertising & Consumer Fraud
Prosecution and defense of false advertising, trademark and consumer fraud actions between competitors and in class actions for a wide variety of products and services, including rental cars, consumer and household products, OTC and prescription drugs.
Investigations
Internal investigations, with a focus on healthcare compliance issues, for pharmaceutical, medical device, carting, consumer products and non-profit companies and related negotiations with enforcement agencies.
