Russell Wohl has a wide range of experience in all aspects of transactional real estate, including leasing and subleasing (representing both landlords and tenants), ground leasing, acquisitions and mortgage and other security-based financings. He has significant experience in providing advice to companies in connection with the drafting and negotiation of the leasing of major office space throughout the country, including the negotiation of city and state based incentive packages. Mr. Wohl was named a Rising Star in 2007 by Real Estate Weekly for his work done in the industry.
