Defended employers against gender, age, and national origin discrimination claims under state and federal law.

Defended employers against wage and hour class actions in New York State and federal court.

Represented employers in New York State Department of Labor audits.

Represented an employer in an NLRB investigation that alleged retaliation for union activity.

Represented a major consumer product manufacturer in a nationwide false advertising class action.

Represented a major medical device manufacturer in connection with a civil and criminal Department of Justice investigation.
