Firm Wins Summary Judgment for The Hershey Company in Major Antitrust Case
March 4, 2014
The firm secured summary judgment on behalf of The Hershey Company as lead trial counsel in a multidistrict antitrust litigation in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
