Daniel Eisenberg is an associate in the firm's litigation department, where he represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and criminal justice matters. From 2014 to 2015, Mr. Eisenberg served as a law clerk to the late Hon. Robert P. Patterson Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
