Daniel Eisenberg is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation department, where he represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and criminal justice matters. From 2014 to 2015, Mr. Eisenberg served as a law clerk to the late Hon. Robert P. Patterson Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Serving on the Monitoring Team for the Newark Police Division (NPD), led by Peter C. Harvey, responsible for overseeing the NPD’s compliance with a Consent Decree between the City of Newark and the U.S. Department of Justice regarding policing practices.
