David Allen is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where he represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including disputes related to structured finance transactions, pharmaceutical products, and consumer products advertising. Mr. Allen also maintains an active pro bono practice. From 2012 to 2013, Mr. Allen served as a law clerk to the Hon. Sandra J. Feuerstein of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
