Donald Goodson is an associate in the firm's litigation department. From 2015 to 2016, Mr. Goodson served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert A. Katzmann of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. From 2014 to 2015, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alison J. Nathan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Representative Matters

Successfully obtained an affirmance in the Second Circuit for a Fortune 50 Pharmaceutical Company in a Robinson-Patman Act case brought by a group of retail pharmacies alleging that the defendant’s pricing practices harmed their ability to compete.

Successfully obtained asylum on behalf of individual facing persecution in his home country based on his sexual orientation.
