Daniel Ruzumna to Present at Asset Recovery Americas Conference

On December 2, 2022, White Collar Defense & Investigations Partner and Co-Chair Daniel Ruzumna will be speaking at the annual Asset Recovery Americas Conference. Mr. Ruzumna will be speaking on a panel titled “When big companies tell big lies…" with Alex Hatanaka, Partner at Mattos Filho in Brazil, and David Mizrachi, partner at MDU Legal in Panama. The panel will address the legal ramifications of corporate dishonesty along with predictions of what class actions and shareholder litigation lies on the horizon in light of the current interest in ESG.
