Rachel Sherman Presented at ACI’s Interactive Ethics Lab

On Wednesday, December 8, Rachel Sherman spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 26th Annual Conference on Drug & Medical Device Litigation. Ms. Sherman spoke on a panel entitled, “Interactive Ethics Lab.” The panel conducted a test consisting of a series of anonymous polling questions on sensitive, complex hypothetical scenarios in order to examine the various approaches to tackling ethical dilemmas in drug and medical device litigation. The panel concluded with a practical discussion of the polling results and important takeaways for the industry.
