On Thursday, January 14, Patterson Belknap Partner, Craig Newman, and Counsel, Megan Bell, spoke at The University of Texas School of Law’s 33rd Annual Nonprofit Organizations Institute. Partner, Robin Krause was a moderator, and Partner, Tomer Inbar served as co-chair of the conference planning committee.

Craig Newman presented “A Practical Approach to Cybersecurity for Nonprofits: Assessing the Legal, Regulatory, and Headline Risks of a Data Breach.”

Megan Bell presented “Investment Management and Oversight.”

Robin Krause moderated a panel on “The Role of the CEO, CFO, and GCO: Managing the Relationship between the Executive Branch, Finance, and Legal.”
