George Fleming is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation department. He has experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters.  He is a regular contributor to the Firm’s Second Circuit Criminal Law Blog.

From 2017 to 2018, Mr. Fleming served as a law clerk to the Hon. Raymond J. Lohier, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. From 2016 to 2017, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Denise Cote of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Fleming served as a United States naval officer.
