Jenni Dickson serves as Patterson Belknap’s Chief Client Service Officer, responsible for the operations of the Firm’s Business Development and Marketing department, as well as the Firm’s Library and Records departments. In her role, she works closely with partners and Firm management on the development and execution of business development strategy and client-facing initiatives firmwide. She also oversees the Firm’s marketing activities, including events, thought leadership, internal and external communications, and marketing technologies. Ms. Dickson works closely with the Firm’s COO and CFO on pricing and alternative fee arrangements, to create effective and value-based solutions for clients.
