Julia Livingston is an Associate in the Firm's Litigation department. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation and employment matters. From 2017 to 2018, Ms. Livingston served as a law clerk to the Hon. John Michael Vazquez of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. 

Representative Matters

Representing a major pharmaceutical company in an antitrust litigation brought by a competitor alleging exclusionary contracts and bundling.  Also defending the client in follow-on consumer class action lawsuits.

Representing medical device manufacturer in an ongoing contract dispute with a counterparty. 

Represents and advises non-profit clients on a wide range of employment matters. 

Pro Bono

Ms. Livingston also maintains a robust pro bono practice. Before joining the firm, she was a fellow at Her Justice, a non-profit that provides legal services to women and their families in New York City.
