Laura Kaufman is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation department. From 2011 to 2013, Ms. Kaufman served as a law clerk to the Hon. Harvey Bartle III of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Representing financial guarantors in breach-of-contract and common law tort disputes involving mortgage-backed securities.

Advise corporate and not-for-profit clients on employment issues including separation agreements, discrimination and retaliation complaints, employee handbooks, and wage and hour law compliance.

Represented a leading medical device company in patent litigation concerning cardiovascular stents, culminating in dismissal of all claims following a bench trial in federal court.
