On Wednesday, December 1, the Firm secured a permanent injunction on behalf of our client, a multinational healthcare company. As a result, the defendant is prohibited from selling any of our client’s products. This is the third permanent injunction our client has secured in 2021 against grey-market suppliers that sold counterfeits of our client’s medical devices.
