Firm Continues to Receive Top Marks for Pro Bono Service

Patterson Belknap received the #2 ranking nationally in Vault’s 2023 “Best Law Firms for Pro Bono” list. The rankings are based on “exclusive insider information from verified employees in the law industry. Each year, Vault surveys thousands of law professionals.” The publication described the Firm as “vigorously devoted to pro bono, with an impressive resume of various matters and a long-standing 100% attorney participation rate in the program.”

The Firm also ranked #5 nationally on The American Lawyer’s 2022 Pro Bono Scorecard. The American Lawyer ranks the AmLaw 200 firms annually on the basis of “average number of pro bono hours per lawyer” and “the percentage of lawyers who performed more than 20 hours of pro bono work.”
