Patterson Belknap attorneys received the North America Corporate Deal of the Year/Middle Markets award at the 7th annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards Gala, which was held on October 28, 2015 at the Harvard Club in New York City. The firm was recognized for representing Bluemercury, Inc., a luxury beauty products and spa service retail chain in its sale to Macy’s, Inc.
