Firm Represents Client in Its Acquisition of Global Lifestyle Brand

Patterson Belknap attorneys represented a client in its recently announced acquisition of a controlling interest in a leading lifestyle brand for plus size women’s fashion. In this new role, the firm’s client will partner with the lifestyle brand to support its customer-centric, multi-channel approach to becoming a leader in retail.
