Firm Scores False Advertising Win in Second Circuit

On behalf of Time Warner Cable, firm attorneys successfully argued an appeal which led the Second Circuit to redefine several key doctrines in the law of false advertising. DirecTV brought the appeal following the District Court's issuance of a preliminary injunction enjoining the satellite carrier from airing nationally broadcast television commercials.
