Firm Wins Summary Judgment in Products Liability Case for Pharmaceutical Company

The Firm scored a win for our client, a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company, in a products liability suit regarding the effects of an antipsychotic drug. On a motion for summary judgment, our lawyers successfully argued that the plaintiff had not produced admissible evidence that the drug’s warning was inadequate. A U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York judge granted summary judgment on July 6, 2018, finding that the warnings were adequate as a matter of law at all relevant times.
