Laura Butzel Named Among Crain’s New York Business’ 2022 Notable Women in Law

Partner and Chair of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler's Tax-Exempt Organizations practice group, Laura Butzel was recognized by Crain’s New York Business as one of its 2022 Notable Women in Law, a list comprising 100 “dedicated, gifted and determined female lawyers” practicing in New York City. Crain’s highlighted Ms. Butzel's extensive work advising foundations, public charities, nonprofit theaters, universities, and advocacy groups, alike. Crain’s also highlighted Ms. Butzel's deep commitment to the nonprofit sector, including her service as a trustee to the Teachers College at Columbia University and as a director of the Mertz Gilmore Foundation, among other board positions.
