August 11, 2017

Litigation partners Muhammad Faridi and Adeel Mangi were recently featured in a New York Law Journal article entitled, “Living the American Dream, These Big Law Partners Have Seen an Ugly Side.” The article profiles both partners and highlights their successful representation of The Islamic Society of Basking Ridge (ISBR) in one of the nation’s most closely-watched Muslim civil rights cases. As the article states, they “won a $3.25 million discrimination settlement, pro bono, on behalf of (ISBR) over the construction of a mosque in Bernards Township, New Jersey. The U.S. Department of Justice had filed a separate suit against the township that settled, as well.”
