Nicole is an Associate in our Litigation Department, concentrating on patent litigation involving biologics and small molecules.  Her trial experience includes arbitration and district court litigation, including under the Hatch-Waxman Act.  She has also successfully represented innovator pharmaceutical companies in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.

Nicole has a Ph.D. in Immunology from Stanford University, where she studied T cell receptor structure in autoimmune diseases, and an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College.
