Jeb Madigan is a litigation Associate, representing clients in complex commercial litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. He has experience litigating disputes in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Jeb also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients and leading the Firm’s efforts in coaching students from Flushing High School in annual moot court and mock trial competitions sponsored by the Justice Resource Center.
From 2009 to 2011, Jeb served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Gary L. Sharpe of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
