Robert M. Safron, Of Counsel

As reported by the New York Law Journal, Lawrence P. Lenzner, Mary Tang Rocha and Robert M. Safron concluded two lease deals on behalf of The Durst Organization in midtown Manhattan. In the first deal, Jones Media America Inc., an advertising sales representative firm for network radio and cable companies, signed a 10-year lease deal at 1133 Avenue of the Americas, a Durst-owned building. In the second transaction, Brahman Capital, a hedge fund company, signed a 15,376 square foot lease at the Durst Organization's 655 Third Avenue.
