Out at Patterson

The Out at Patterson resource group convenes on a monthly basis to promote connections among attorneys who identify as LGBTQ+ and their colleagues, discuss issues of common interest and host related social events and education programs.

To promote inclusion and engagement within and outside the firm, past programming sponsored by the Out at Patterson Network has ranged from a firmwide CLE presentation on “Advocacy for LGBTQ+ Clients: The Intersection of Identity and Law” to a firmwide Pride Month Fireside Chat with the General Counsel of a prominent museum. The network has also hosted a Pride Month reception for clients, alumni and friends.
