On November 6, Partner Alejandro Cruz will speak on a New York City Bar Association CLE webinar. The webinar, titled "Hot Topics in Not-For-Profit Law: Managing Data Privacy & Cyber Risks for Nonprofits," will "explore how nonprofits can navigate the ever-changing landscape of data privacy and cybersecurity in order to maintain trust, protect stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations." Mr. Cruz will present a program titled "When Crisis Hits: A Step-by-Step Response to Data Privacy Breaches for Nonprofits" on how to prepare for and respond to a data privacy breach.
