Partner Andrew D. Cohen will be presenting at the American Conference Institute’s 18^th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes conference, being held on April 19-20, 2023. The program will explore a range of topics on the law, policy, and proceedings of Paragraph IV Litigation.

Dr. Cohen will be speaking on a panel titled “Preparing for Parallel Proceedings: Maneuvering through the District Court and Inter Partes Review,” scheduled for 4 p.m. on April 20. He will be joined by Angie Verrecchio, Senior Counsel, Patent Litigation at Johnson & Johnson. The panel will explore the interplay between IPRs and parallel district court Paragraph IV litigation, including a discussion of recent developments in the law and strategies for managing parallel proceedings.
