On March 19th, the New York State Judicial Institute, which provides education and training for the judges and justices of the NYS Unified Court System, will present a program entitled “The Role of the Temporary Receiver in Foreclosure Proceedings,” in which Andrew L. Herz will be a panelist. The panel will be moderated by Judge Doris Gonzalez of the Bronx Supreme Court.
