On Thursday, January 22, Partners Dahlia Doumar and Justin Zaremby will speak at UT Law CLE's 43rd Annual Nonprofit Organizations Institute, a conference featuring nationally recognized professionals from private foundations, public charities, law, finance, and government discussing the latest tax, legislative, and governance issues faced by nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Doumar will present a program titled "MASTER CLASS: Intermediaries: Options, Pros, and Cons." She will join Andrew C. Schulz (Principal, Adler & Colvin) to discuss the various types of intermediaries and explain how to work with them efficiently while maximizing benefits.
Mr. Zaremby will present a program titled "Managing Gifts: Policies, Procedures, and Practical Tips." Mr. Zaremby will join Kevin E. Roe (Partner, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP) to explore charitable gift acceptance policies.
