On September 20, 2023, Partner Dahlia Doumar will present at the Practising Law Institute's "Nonprofit Organizations 2023: Governance, Reporting, Compensation, and Ethics" CLE program.

Ms. Doumar will be presenting a program titled "Nonprofit Reporting Basics and Development." She will be joined by Dennis J. Morrone, CPA, of Grant Thornton, to "review some of the different types of not-for-profit organizations that exist and their unique operating and financial reporting characteristics," explore the content and importance of nonprofit financial statements, and explain recent developments and changes in the IRS and Form 990.
