On October 13, 2023, Partner Daniel Lowenthal will speak on a panel at INSOL Europe's 2023 Annual Conference in Amsterdam. The panel, titled "Tracing and recovery of debtor's assets by insolvency practitioners" will explore how insolvency practitioners and bankruptcy trustees trace and recover assets that debtors transfer through fraud, with a focus on issues arising from Ponzi schemes. Mr. Lowenthal will be joined on the panel by Louise Brittain (Azets, UK), Patrik Kalman (Trägårdh Advokatbyrå, Sweden), Xavier Pareja (Xavier Pareja, Spain), and Antonia Mottironi (Ardenter Law, Switzerland).
