On Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Partner Aron Fischer and Counsel Jay Cho will be speaking at the American Conference Institute's 16th Summit on Biosimilars & Innovator Biologics, an event that unites legal, regulatory, and market leaders to tackle challenges from FDA approvals and patent cliffs to global litigation trends.

On June 2 at 2:15pm, Aron Fischer will be speaking on a panel titled "Coverage of Reference Products and Biosimilars in Medicare and Commercial Markets: Trends and Opportunities." Mr. Fischer will join Ali I. Ahmed (Global Head, Industry Innovation, Pharmaceuticals/Therapeutics, Salesforce), Aaron Barkoff (Associate VP/General Patent Counsel, IP Litigation, Eli Lilly and Company), Katie Nolan-Stevaux (Head of General Litigation, Associate General Counsel, Genentech), and Bhavesh Shah (Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer, Boston Medical Center) to discuss how new Medicare policies and PBMs governing formulary placement for innovator biologics and biosimilars will impact Medicare coverage, and review recent trends in commercial market coverage.

On June 3 at 9:30am, Jay Cho will participate in a panel titled "Navigating Parallel Proceedings: Strategies for Maneuvering Through BPCIA, PTAB and District Courts." Mr. Cho will join Whitney Meier Howard (Partner, Venable LLP), Katie Nolan-Stevaux (Head of General Litigation, Associate General Counsel, Genentech), and Jeanna Wacker (Partner, Kirkland & Ellis LLP) for an overview of strategies for maneuvering through Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA) litigation, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings and district courts.
