On Wednesday, March 18, Partners Geoffrey Potter and Timothy Waters will lead sessions at the 2026 Brand Protection Strategy Summit, an annual conference sponsored by the A-CAPP Center at Michigan State University, that brings together cross-sector leaders to collaborate on practical solutions for brand protection and intellectual property challenges. 

Mr. Potter will lead a Praxis session with Trisa Bui (Associate Corporate Counsel, The LEGO Group) titled “How to Communicate Value Upward: ROI, Influence & Internal Advocacy." Mr. Potter will also lead an Insight Exchange titled “Building a Scalable Playbook."

Mr. Waters, along with Julien Dudouit (Head of Global Brand Relations, eBay) and Max Scheerer (Intelligence Analyst, National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance) will lead a Praxis session tiled “From Constraints to Catalyst: Turning Limited Resources into Strategic Wins.” Mr. Waters will also lead an Insight Exchange titled "Creative Monitoring Strategies."
