On Thursday, September 7, firm partners Geoffrey Potter and Timothy Waters will present at Virtue Insight’s 12^th Annual Pharma Anti-Counterfeiting & Serialisation 2023 Conference in Chicago. They will be conducting the keynote presentation of the conference, entitled “Learn how to hunt down and stop pharmaceutical counterfeiters.”

Mr. Potter and Mr. Waters’ presentation will identify best practices for creating and updating brand protection programs, provide tips on navigating today’s counterfeiting markets, discuss legal challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry, and present a case study on a recent pharmaceutical counterfeiting scheme.
