On Friday, January 16, Partner Greg Baker will present at the Practising Law Institute's Securities Law and Practice 2026: How the SEC Works program. Mr. Baker's presentation, titled "Practice Skills: A Deeper Dive on Exams and Enforcement (Hypo)," will use a hypothetical scenario to provide guidance on how to respond to an SEC Exam Inquiry, the process of making referrals to SEC Enforcement, and the steps of the Wells Process.
