On October 25, 2023, Partner H. Gregory Baker will be a panelist at the 2023 Securities Enforcement Forum, an annual conference held in Washington, DC. The Forum brings together current and former SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives, and will feature a keynote address by SEC Chair Gary Gensler and keynote discussion with SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal.

Mr. Baker will be presenting on a panel titled “The Impact of AI on Securities Enforcement, Regulation, Compliance and Practice.” He will be joined on the panel by partners at other preeminent law firms and the Associate Director of the SEC.
