On Wednesday, May 17, 2023, partner John Sare will present at the Legal Issues in Museum Administration 2023 in Philadelphia, PA.  The conference, running for over 50 years, is attended by in-house counsel, museum directors, chief financial officers and others from the museum and arts sector. 

Mr. Sare will be on a panel titled "Recession Readiness: Fortifying Your Institution.”  Panelists will discuss some of the challenges museums and similar institutions face in a volatile economy and the ways lawyers can support their clients through these challenges.  Topics will include governance and fiduciary obligations and endowment spending.
