On May 1, Partner John Sare will speak on a panel at ALI CLE's Legal Issues in Museum Administration 2024 conference, which will focus on how museums can best manage risks and identify opportunities in a rapidly changing landscape. Mr. Sare will join Sujin Kim (Senior Associate General Counsel at the Metropolitan Museum of Art) and Terry Vento (General Counsel at the Pérez Art Museum Miami) on a panel titled "Understanding the Donor Perspective." They will provide an overview of gift terms and the gift negotiation process, and provide guidance on finding middle ground for donors' and museums' needs.
