On February 8, Partner Josh Kipnees will speak at the American Conference Institute's 7th Annual Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Forum on Advertising Claims Substantiation, an industry-leading event discussing the nuances of claims substantiation in advertising law. Mr. Kipnees will speak on a program titled "Incorporating Lessons from Recent Advertising Claims Class Actions Into Your Future Claims Substantiation Strategy." He will be joined by Anna Naydonov (Partner, White & Case LLP) and Katherine Rogers (Special Counsel, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP), to examine recent decisions from class action cases focused on advertising claims substantiation and explore measures that companies can take to prevent future advertising claims litigation.
